Forensics Group Members not members of Forensics Master Group

If you created a Forensics Group and added users to the Group, then later created a Forensics Master Group and added the Group to the Master Group, your users do not automatically become members of the Master Group.

You will need to add your users to the Master Group.

Here is an easy way to add all the users to Master Group:

Go to the Group Management Page for your Group and click on “Edit Membership.”

Highlight the Users listed on the Edit Membership page.

Right click your mouse and choose copy.

Go to the Group Management page for your Master Group and click on “Edit Membership.”

Go to the Add User box.  Right click in the box and choose the paste option.  Remove the Master Group Leader email since it is already a user for the Master Group.  Click the “Add Users” button.

Registered users will be sent an email for them to confirm that they want added to the group.

Once they have accepted the invitation they will be added to the group automatically.
